The safety and well being of our employees and customers is of utmost importance.
We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it unfolds and are taking precautionary measures to help keep our communities safe.
We are operating in line with recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local authorities.
As such, we are constantly making sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to, such as disinfecting our factories and offices on a regular basis and ensuring that every product is closely monitored from production to shipping.
While we continue to focus on an easy and safe shopping experience for our customers - we are currently experiencing delays in shipping with Canada Post. The message from Canada Post website: "Customers should anticipate delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes."
