I reached out to Talisa asking if the ring could be repaired and they said yes and to just pay for shipping and they would send me a shipping label. To my surprise I then received an email saying that they would be making me a new ring and would send it as soon as it was finished. This was such a kind and generous thing to do. So many companies would have simply taken the opportunity to have me order and pay for a new ring or charge for a repair (which is what I was expecting).
